This is the "Text-Specific Case Brief" form. It is for case briefs specific to a particular casebook. General case briefs should use the Case Brief form.


To create a case brief with this form, enter the name of the case according to uniform citation rules (e.g. abbreviate terms, use proper spacing, etc.) followed by a forward slash ("/") and then the last name of the first listed author of the casebook.

If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.
