The Washington and Lee University School of Law is a private law school located in Lexington, Virginia. The School of Law is accredited by the American Bar Association. Facilities are currently on the campus of Washington and Lee University

- Terry Brooks '69 (law) — Author of fantasy fiction; 12 million copies in print
- John W. Davis 1892, 1895L; the 1924 Democratic nominee for U.S. President, Ambassador to Britain, Solicitor General, argued more cases before the Supreme Court than anyone else in the 20th century
- Robert Mosbacher '47 Undergraduate '49 Law School — Secretary of Commerce between 1989 and 1992
- Lewis Franklin Powell, Jr. '29 Undergraduate '31 Law School — Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court
