The Wiki Law School Outlines Project includes the following types of outlines:
- General outlines
- Short outlines
- Class-specific outlines
- Jurisdiction-specific outlines
General Outlines
General outlines are comprehensive and contain all information relevant to the legal topic.
Currently, there are 31 general outlines in Wiki Law School. Click here for a list of all general outlines.
Short Outlines
Short outlines are no more than thee pages in length (if on paper), and preferably only a single page. They should be viewed as more of a "cheat sheet" with abbreviations, etc. to help students remember the material at a glance.

Class-specific outlines are for a specific class and professor.
